SC Educational Grant

Applications for the 2019/2020 academic year

The SC Educational Grant is intended to help meet immediate textbook or billable costs for a student’s education which have not been met by other sources of financial aid, and which cannot be met by the student. Students must reapply each semester to be eligible for assistance.

You must be a regularly admitted student enrolled in credit coursework toward a first degree program. This fund is not applicable for Guest, Special High School or Dual enrolled students, or students with a prior degree. You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order for this request to be considered. Students with demonstrated financial need and who are not fully funded will be given first consideration. If and when additional financial aid is awarded, this amount may be returned to the fund.

It’s recommended to students that have attended other colleges to have their academic transcripts transferred to Schoolcraft College. Missing transcripts may delay processing of the grant application.
